Location: Multiple locations (St. Lambert in QC or Cornwall in ON)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Assignment: Permanent
Salary: $ 43.56/hour; Step 2*: $ 45.00/hour (*After probation)  

 

Your role

This role provides critical support to our Real Estate department and plays a key part in producing and managing documentation related to leases and licenses. Known for your meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical mindset?

Your responsibilities

  • Draft, prepare, and maintain documentation (e.g., leases, licenses, amendments, contracts), reports, records, and tools in accordance with approved templates and standards;
  • Monitor files, timelines, and assigned activities, and act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, records, and tracking systems;
  • Provide support to team members and contribute to the implementation of team initiatives.

 

Your profile

  • College diploma (DEC) in Real Estate Administration, Paralegal Studies, Legal Administration, or a related field;
  • Two to three (2-3) years of experience as a paralegal and/or in real estate lease administration;
  • Practical knowledge in drafting contracts and creating new leases and licenses;
  • Demonstrate knowledge of core real estate principles and relevant regulatory requirements applicable to commercial, industrial, and maritime properties (asset);
  • Proficiency in applicable applications and IT tools, as well as related office software (Microsoft Office, SAP, OpenText, etc.);
  • Strong skills in drafting texts and documents;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with teams located in Quebec and Ontario.
