Location: Brossard, QC
Assignment: Permanent

Hours of work: 37.5 per week
Salary : Step 1$36.38/hour Step 2*: $39.33/hour 

*After the 90-day work probation period

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare project and contract administration documents (such as call for tenders, estimates, proposal evaluations, and submissions for approval).
  • Provide administrative support in the management of Engineering projects.
  • Maintain records and other information systems and databases (such as SAP, IMSS).
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries as required.

 

Your profile

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of two (2) years related administrative experience.
  • Proficient in documentation requirements as it relates to Engineering projects and contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proficient in French and English, verbal and written, in order to communicate with teams located in Québec and Ontario.
