Assignment: Permanent

Hours of work : 37.5 per week

Annual salary: $91,689.00 to $101,887.50

Your responsabilities

  • Prepare detailed designs, drawings, software applications, reports and specifications.

  • Commission new work to a fully operating state.

  • Support projects and contracts in a safe and efficient manner, according to targets, quality standards, cost and project constraints.

  • Perform site and equipment inspections, and provide support on breakdowns and malfunctions

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of technical programs. Provide support to operational safety programs and initiatives, as required.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

  • Conduct technical analyses, reports and feasibility studies.

 

Your profile

  • College Diploma (D.E.C.) in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technology

  • Minimum of five (5) years related progressive practical technical experience including Networking, Hardware & Software applications and Wireless Technologies

  • Knowledge of electrical engineering, project management principles and practices.

  • Working knowledge of current inspection, maintenance, design and installation techniques and practices

  • Eligible for certification with the Quebec Association of Certified Engineering Technicians

  • Valid Class 5 (QC) driver's license and insurable driving record

  • Knowledge of applicable federal and provincial rules, regulations, standards, procedures and safe work practices with respect to performing duties.

  • Advanced proficiency in applicable computer programs and related office softwares (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.)
