Location: Brossard, QC
Assignment: Temporary (until March 2025)

Hours of work: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Step 1: $CAN36,38/hour  Step 2*: $CAN39,33/hour 

*After the 90-day work probation period

Your responsibilities

  • Plan routine maintenance work orders
  • Expedite services, parts and materials
  • Schedule maintenance execution work
  • Support workforce scheduling and time accounting
  • Provide administrative support to service contracts
  • Maintain maintenance records, e.g. training records, PPE, statistics, etc.
  • Provide information regarding maintenance activities to other departments and external parties
  • Collect and record data, prepare reports, track and report transactions and enable the flow of information


Your profile

  • High school diploma and post-secondary technical studies in resource scheduling and record keeping or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years related administrative experience
  • Valid class 5 (QC) driver's license and insurable driving record
