Hours of work: 37.5 per week
Salary range: $CAN37.84/hour to $CAN40.90/hour (*After the 90-day worked probationary period)

Your responsibilities

  • Perform accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, payment preparation, cheque issuance, and vendor account follow-up.
  • Perform accounts receivable activities, including daily deposits, account monitoring, cash balancing, and reconciliations.
  • Validate billing information and issue invoices.
  • Prepare reports, maintain financial records and ledgers, and reconcile accounts to support the organization's accounting requirements.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end financial processes.
  • Provide reception, administrative, and accounting support.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Your profile

  • High school diploma and post-secondary studies in Financial Accounting.
  • Minimum of two (2) years related experience in areas such as journal entries, reconciliations, year-end scheduling, accruals and sales tax.
  • Sound knowledge of business financial software, such SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.
  • Fluent in French and English, verbal and written, in order to communicate with teams located in Quebec and Ontario.
