Location: Cornwall (ON)
Assignment: Permanent
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Salary range: $90,031 to $96,291

 

Your role

Contribute to the team’s success by administering the disability management program and supporting the wellness program related activities.  If promoting employee well-being and productivity is one of your strengths, your place could be with us!

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate occupational and non-occupational case management with third party providers.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders during absences and upon return to work.
  • Monitor and reconcile costs associated with the disability management program.
  • Promote wellness and support all related activities.
  • Analyze data on absences, use of Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP), and make recommendations.

 

Your profile

  • University degree or College diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in disability management and wellness
  • Experience working in a unionized environment.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation (WSIB/CNESST, human rights, accessibility and others).
  • Strong skills in data analysis and familiarity with computerized absence tracking and reporting methods.
  • Fluent in French and English, verbal and written, in order to communicate with teams located in Québec and Ontario.
  • Proficiency in applicable computer applications, tools and related office software (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.)
