Assignment: Permanent

Hours of work: 37.5 per week
Annual salary: $89,212.50 - $99,177.00

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare tools, data and documentation in support of the Manageable Costs Budget Process.
  • Carry out financial impact analysis of business decisions (cost/benefit).
  • Analyze the quarterly variance and forecast reports and data related to management costs and operational costs.
  • Maintain the fixed asset database, SAP master data and investment income process and prepare various reconciliations.
  • Assist with the month end closing process, including preparation of internal financial statements.


Your profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years relevant experience
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
  • Knowledge of the complete accounting cycle, closing year-end, and external auditor files
  • Strong knowledge of reconciliation, including bank reconciliations
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in French and in English
  • Advanced proficiency in applicable computer programs and related office softwares (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.)
