Location: Brossard (Québec), Cornwall ou St. Catherines (Ontario)
Assignment: Temporary between 15 to 18 months

Rate: 41.88$/hr & 43.27$/hr after 12 months probation

 

Your role

Come and provide a great candidate experience and contribute to the success of the Talent Acquisition team by performing administrative tasks, conducting pre-selection interviews and coordinating activities in the recruitment process.

Your responsibilities

  • Post openings on the various recruitment platforms.
  • Analyze applications and propose the best profiles.
  • Conduct pre-selection telephone interviews.
  • Schedule appointments for various tests: language, medical, technical, reference and security checks.
  • Conduct candidate search activities to create a talent bank.
  • Act as point of contact with suppliers and handle problem resolution.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries during the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with team colleagues to ensure successful integration of new employees.
  • Participate in recruitment events.

 

Your profile

 

  • College diploma (DEC) in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least three (3) years of related experience in administration and human resources
  • Thorough knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with teams located in Quebec and Ontario.
  • Knowledge of applicable computer applications and tools, as well as related office software (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
