Hours of work: 37.5 per week
Salary range: $103 486.50 to $114 972.00

Your responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of inspection and monitoring programs.
  • Perform inspections and assessments, technical analyses, and feasibility studies on both land and marine infrastructures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, contractors & consultants.
  • Create designs, specifications and drawings for structures and equipment.
  • Provide support to operational safety programs and initiatives a required.


Your profile

  • College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology
  • Minimum of five (5) years related progressive practical technical experience
  • Knowledge of civil engineering, project management principles and practices, and inspection techniques.
  • Knowledge of applicable federal and provincial rules, regulations, standards, procedures and safe work practices with respect to performing duties.
  • Availability for medical testing to meet the physical requirements of the position
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ease of working at height, at depth, near open water and/or in confined spaces 
  • Eligible for certification with the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT)
  • Valid Class G (ON) driver's license and insurable driving record
