Salary Range: $107,620 to $119,574

Your responsibilities
- Manage Government Retained Assets in all SLSMC operational lands and locations, communicating with federal, provincial and municipal agencies as required.
- Support the corporate cost recovery of assets and preparation of budgets for capital projects.
- Negotiate corporate revenue development initiatives.
- Resolve land-related damage claims against the Corporation and Transport Canada.
- Oversee the evaluation of surveys, environmental tests and other legal documents for the sale of lands.
Your profile
- University Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in real property management.
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and short deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, geographic information systems and geographic positioning systems.
- Knowledge of federal and provincial rules, regulations, standards, and workplace safety procedures and practices applicable in the performance of tasks.
- Valid Class G (ON) or Class 5 (QC) driver's license and insurable driving record.
