Location: Brossard. Quebec (CA-QC)
Assignment: Temporary
Salary range: $48.02 - $51.36

Travel: This position requires travel, as needed, to our offices in Ontario (St. Catharines or Cornwall) or Quebec (Brossard or St-Lambert).

Your Role

By joining our team as a Total Rewards Analyst, you will play an essential role in supporting our compensation and benefits programs. You will support the administration of compensation, group insurance, and the defined benefit pension plan while ensuring these programs comply with applicable federal laws and collective agreements. Your expertise will directly contribute to ensuring equity, compliance, and the well-being of all our employees.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out activities supporting the implementation of HR programs, primarily related to compensation.
  • Collect data from information systems and/or external sources and organize it to conduct various analyses.
  • Collaborate with various partners to improve and automate processes and work tools.
  • Participate in job evaluation activities and guide the implementation of compensation programs to ensure internal equity.
  • Conduct research and recommend parameters to be implemented for various HR programs.
  • Assist in monitoring the Human Resources department’s ability to meet its commitments under the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

 

Your Profile

  • University or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related business administration field.
  • Good knowledge of applicable federal rules and legislation, particularly the Pay Equity Act and the Pension Benefits Standards Act.
  • Strong experience in analysis, job evaluation, and various human resources programs.
  • Proficient in French, verbally and in writing, and fluent in English, verbally. This requisite is explained by the nature of the position which requires communicating with teams located in Québec and Ontario.
  • Good knowledge of technological tools and HR systems.
